Hi, Greggles here.
So look, we really didn't have the time to make this one mobile-friendly, so I'm afraid you'll need to log in using a computer (or any device with a bigger screen).

Sorry about that! G.

We're
Getting married.

We would love you to come to our wedding

Happy Bellissimo and many Italians to you, dear friends & family.

The idea of standing in front of people professing our love for one another is pretty bloody scary. You’re reading this because you’ve made our lives not only better but fuller. You’ve shared all the lol’s, you’ve embraced us through the tough times and put simply, you allow us to be, well, us. There is positively no one else we’d want to share this bat-shit crazy adventure with but you!

Let us paint you a picture: A rustic Villa nestled in the heart of Italy, weaving gardens, brambling olive trees (Ash sneezing from said olive trees), the gentle warmth of the Mediterranean, and a gaggle of exceptional humans. Now, with this image in mind, we ask you to shell out a spaghetti-stack of cash to be a part of the most special day of our lives (eeep… and, naww).

Hopefully, we’ll see you in Sicily. Wtf. 🇮🇹

The Plan.

We’ve picked our photographer, our celebrant, a rough date (early to mid October 2024), and made a list of villas across Italy that will have you packing your bags 12 months in advance… Jokes, we didn’t give you that much notice.

Our vision for the wedding is to keep it simple (besides the whole fly to another continent bit). The day before the wedding, we’ll head to the markets to buy all the flowers and all the foods we can find for a Sicilian feast and paired-back wedding bouquet. The next day, we’ll get hitched, get some photos and dance the night away!

Now, before we can book the accommodation, we need to woo you with our mood board, delight you with our affordable villas, prepare you for the flight times, and finally, get your RSVPs—cue, wedding website!

(03)

Accommodation commitment

We’ll contribute $2,500 for accommodation (including any additional event hire fees) and divide the rest among the 14 fabulous people sharing the villa with us. The total for the entire 4-6 night stay will range from $200-400/pp, depending on which villa we pick.

If you want to forge your own accommodation path nearby, no worries! Just let us know when you RSVP, and we’ll ensure you’re part of the celebration, no matter where you crash.

We’ll keep in mind you guys are probably already mortgaging your homes to come, so we’ll do our best to find a sweet spot between gorgeous and affordable.

Flights

From our research, the cheapest flights start at $1,615 (via GoToGate.com), but these options have travel times in excess of 35-hours and minimum of 2 layovers; sometimes up to 4 layovers on return flights (ouch).

If you throw more money at it, Virgin (via Booking.com) offer flights start at $2,334 return for a 22-hour flight with a 1-hour layover in Singapore —much more ‘first-world’ vibes.

YSK: These prices are changing a lot.

These figures are based on flying out of Sydney Airport, but prices remain largely the same between all major Airports
